If you haven’t built the Seer’s hut yet, you must level your settlement up to at least level 3 and complete a quest called A Wise Friend in which Valka arrives in Ravensthorpe and asks you to build a hut for her. To get the boost after you’re back in Ravensthorpe and to continue playing Dawn of Ragnarok, you need to meet Valka the Seer in her hut. After finishing the intro quest in Svartalfheim, you’ll wake up under that tree again. If you’re significantly underpowered, you may also want to lower the game’s difficulty before you start. If you’re still at a lower level in the main game, you’ll be able to use a temporary boost after you complete the first quest in Svartalfheim. Be warned that the recommended power level for the DLC is 340.
